Frequently Asked Questions

My car needs some auto body collision repair (due to collision, deer hit, hailstorm, etc.). What do I do now?
Come see us first so we can walk you through the repair process, whether or not insurance will be involved, and what to expect.

If you have already made a claim, be sure to bring all your insurance information, such as contact person’s phone number and your claim number.

Will you work with my insurance company?
Certainly. In fact, we try to work closely with all insurance companies from beginning to end to make the repair experience easier on the customer.
Can I get an estimate anywhere?
It’s your choice where to get an estimate unless your insurance policy states otherwise. Your insurance might try to persuade you to go to a repair shop of their choice, but you have the right to choose your own.
Do I need more than one estimate?
No, you are not required by law to get more than one estimate unless it that is stated in your insurance policy.
How long will the estimate take? Do I need an appointment?
If there are no customers in front of you, an estimate will take no more than 30 minutes.

You do not need an appointment. Just come see us when it works with your schedule, but you may also set up an appointment.

We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am- 5:00 pm, closed during noon hour.

Be sure to bring your insurance information.

Can I choose where to get my car repaired?
It is your car and it is your choice where to get your vehicle repaired. Wisconsin Statute 632.375 states your insurance company cannot legally direct you to a specific auto collision repair shop.

Your insurance company may have a preferred shop in which they do business, but legally they cannot tell you where you have to get the repairs.

Do you have a loaner for me to use during repairs?
We will gladly coordinate a loaner during your repairs.
What should I expect when my car is in your shop?
Please remember we are working off an estimate- an approximate calculation of time, materials, and work going into your vehicle.

We will give you an estimated repair time and keep you abreast of any major changes.

During repairs, we will be working with parts suppliers and insurance companies to get the job done right.
After the job is complete and you drive away, no one will know anything ever happened to your vehicle. That will be a secret between us.

Do you guarantee your services?
Yes, we will accept the insurance company estimate.

We will also gladly go over a competitor’s estimate to ensure to you will get the best repair at a reasonable price.
